President and Chief Executive Officer
Randy was appointed President and CEO effective March 1, 2016. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Joy Global, Inc where he held roles of increasing responsibility from 2009 forward. Prior to Joy, Randy was an executive with Case New Holland Inc. (“CNH”) from 2004 to 2009, holding a variety of roles including President and CEO of their agriculture equipment business. Prior to CNH, Mr. Baker had diverse leadership roles including marketing, sales, product development and engineering at Komatsu America Corporation, Ingersoll-Rand, and Sandvik Corporation. He was awarded an engineering degree from South Dakota.
Executive Vice President, Energy Segment and China
Brian Kobylinski joined Actuant in 1993 and progressed through a number of management roles within Gardner Bender and Del City. In 2000, Brian was named Vice President of Gardner Bender and led the company's sales and marketing. He became Vice President of Business Development for Actuant in 2002 and was named Global Business Leader, Hydratight in 2005. In 2007, he was named Industrial and Energy Segment Leader. In 2012, after the split of the Energy and Industrial segment, he was named EVP Industrial and added global Actuant responsibility for China. His current role became effective at the end of 2013. Prior to Actuant, Brian was with Fort Howard Corporation and Federated Insurance. He received his MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1993 and a BA from St. Norbert College in 1988.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Andy joined the Company in 1993 as Corporate Controller progressing to VP Finance of Gardner Bender (1996), VP General Manager-Distribution of Gardner Bender (1998), Applied Power Business Development Leader (1999), and most recently, Chief Financial Officer of Actuant Corporation. Prior to 1993, Andy held various financial positions with Fruehauf Trailer Corporation, Terex Corporation, and Price Waterhouse. Andy graduated with a BBA in 1985 from St. Norbert College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Executive Vice President, Engineered Solutions
Roger joined Actuant in his current role in April 2014 from General Cable where he was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager Utility Products. During his 22-year career at General Cable, Roger held roles of increasing responsibility in their automotive, industrial and OEM businesses where he gained significant experience with mergers & acquisitions and global operations. Roger received his BA in Business Administration from Ohio University College of Business and an MBA from Xavier University.
D. Mark Sefcik
Executive Vice President, Industrial
Mark was named Executive Vice President, Industrial Segment at the end of 2013. He joined Actuant in 2008 as the Enerpac President and has grown the business from $280 million to $425 million. Prior to Actuant, Mark was with HUSCO International where he spent ten years in roles of increasing responsibility, the most recent of which was Executive Vice President. He previously worked for the Power Generation business unit of Westinghouse Electric as an engineer. Mark received his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 1990, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1997.
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Gene joined Actuant in June 2015 from Terex Corporation. During his eight year tenure at Terex, Gene held multiple roles including leading the integration of a $1.7B acquisition as well as various HR leadership roles supporting global businesses and leading the global talent acquisition function. Prior to joining Terex, Gene held various HR roles for The Stanley Works, Merck, and GE. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, his MS in Engineering from University of California – Berkeley, and his MBA in Human Resources from the University of New Haven.
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Ted joined Actuant in March of 2006 in the business development role. Prior to Actuant, Mr. Wozniak held a variety of investment banking positions during 10 years at Wachovia Securities, the most recent of which was Managing Director, Industrial Corporate Finance Group. Prior to Wachovia, Mr. Wozniak was Managing Director with First Chicago Capital Markets. Ted holds B.A. degrees in History and Finance from Olivet Nazarene University and an M.A. in International Economics and Soviet Studies from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
